Stunning footage has emerged of an Instanbul based artist reproducing Van Gogh's famous Starry Night painting on water.<br /><br />The video shows artist Garip Ay channeling a traditional Turkish art technique called 'Ebru', which is described as 'painting on water'.<br /><br />Ay can be seen recreating the Van Gogh masterpiece in stunning detail using viscous coloured liquids as paint.
