FRANCE — A freak kitchen accident has claimed the life of a well-known French social media personality, who died at the hands of a faulty whipped cream dispenser. <br /> <br />Fitness blogger Rebecca Burger, 33, had more than 55,000 followers on Facebook, and 154,000 followers Instagram. On June 18, Burger was reportedly using a whipped cream dispenser. The dispenser hit Burger in the thorax, striking her so hard she went into cardiac arrest. Despite receiving medical attention, she died shortly afterward. <br /> <br />Previous freak accidents have been reported involving these particular whipped cream dispensers, stemming back to 2013. Since then, they’ve been recalled and destroyed, but many remain in circulation.
