Footage has emerged from China of a digger being used to transport commuters along a flooded road. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Sanhe, Hebei Province on June 23, shows the road completely submerged by flood water, with the driver transporting people through it. <br /><br />It's not as heartwarming as it sounds though. The driver was reportedly charging people £2 a journey.
