<p>The NOAA Fish Southeast</a> shared a video on June 23 of a man releasing a turtle into the water off Florida’s east coast. The post said more than 200 turtles were being placed back in the wild.</p><p>It’s unclear why the turtles were being released, but the NOAA also tweeted to a news report</a> that focuses on how to make the lives of sea turtles safe in currents used for shrimp fishing.
