After booking the room online through Goibibo, a travel booking site, she was told the hotel’s policy bans locals, unmarried couples, and single ladies.</p><p>But Saraswat wasn’t informed of that when she booked online, so she was left stranded outside the Hotel Deccan Erragadda. Saraswat posted about her experience</a> on social media, and her story went viral.</p><p>Goibibo</a> has removed the hotel from their listing and offered Saraswat a free, upgraded stay at a different hotel.
