Drone footage showed smoke billowing over the Ain Tarma area in east Damascus as Syrian Arab Army (SAA) troops carried out strikes against al-Qaeda-linked Liberation of the Levant Committee [Hayat Tahrir al-Sham] and allied militants, Tuesday.
