The Providence Day Chargers won Friday’s non-conference game against Word of God Christian Academy by a score of 84-66.<br /><br />Word of God Christian Academy (ranked no. 20 by USA Today) is led by 6-foot-4 senior Rawle Alkins, who is being recruited by North Carolina and N.C. State. Alkins is ranked as the No. 15 overall recruit in the Class of 2016.<br /><br />The Holy Rams also have two premiere guards; Jalen Harris and Jaylen Fornes. Both teams showed why they were the top programs in the country with amazing guard play from both sides.<br /><br />Senior Grant Williams recorded 24 points while sophomore Devon Dotson added 23 for the Chargers.<br /><br />The top performer of the night would be the Chargers sophomore point guard Devon Dotson who is currently averaging 18.5 points per game, 4.2 rebounds per game and 4 assists.<br /><br />marsreel.co/signup
