The Supreme Court on Wednesday asked all tobacco companies to implement a larger pictorial warning on tobacco products immediately. The decision by the apex court comes after the Karnataka Beedi Association challenged a Health Ministry notification that directed the companies to print warnings on 85% of the packaging area.
