DEL CITY, OKLAHOMA — A father decided to take things into his own hands when he discovered his 15-year-old daughter was exchanging sexually explicit messages with a 33-year-old man. <br /> <br />The father, who does not want to be identified, found out his daughter was exchanging sexual photos and messages using the Family Time app, KOCO 5 reported. <br /> <br />The app lets parents keep track of their child’s phone calls and text messages and gives them the authority to block apps and games. <br /> <br />The father then set up his own sting to catch a predator himself. He pretended to be his daugher online and arranged to have the man come to their backyard to a tent under the pretense there was to be some sexy time. <br /> <br />Unfortunately for the man when he arrived at the tent on the night of June 22, the only thing waiting for him was a trap. <br /> <br />The family’s surveillance video shows the man approach the tent, but then get immediately tackled by the father, the father's cousin and his nephew. <br /> <br />The father then zip-tied the man’s hands and feet until the police showed up. <br /> <br />The man was arrested on complaints of unlawful communication by the use of technology, using a phone and social media to communicate with a minor. <br /> <br />What’s next for the father? Hopefully some life lessons for his daughter.
