<p>Creeks were overflowing and roads were impassable in Utica, New York, after several inches of rain quickly fell across the city on Saturday, July 1.</p><p>The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning</a> for Utica that extended into Saturday evening.</p><p>As of 11:30 am, up to two to three inches of rain had fallen, according to reports.</a> Many streets were closed due to flooding, and cars were seen floating on parts of the road.</p><p>This video was taken from Reall Creek in Utica.
