North Korea claims successful launch of intercontinental missile

North Korea launched a ballistic missile that flew for nearly 40 minutes before coming down in the Sea of Japan.<br /><br />South Korea’s President Moon Jae-In convened an emergency meeting of his National Security Council to analyse the launch.
