<br /> <p>A driver caught the dramatic moment when a cargo truck flipped on a highway near Broomall, Pennsylvania, on July 3.</p><p>Victor Alarcon began recording after he noticed there was something wrong with the tractor-trailer, which had been swerving from lane to lane on northbound Interstate 476 near the Broomall exit. The truck then overturned, spewing items from the trailer, according to 6abc Action News</a>.</p><p>Alarcon, his father and another man rushed to help the driver. The man was unresponsive but breathing, according to Alarcon.</p><p>First responders arrived at the scene, pulled the driver out and sent him to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries</a>.
