<a class="link" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.FatLossBlogger.com">http://www.FatLossBlogger.com</a> - Today is day 21 of P90X which means I have a day to rest. Being that it's the end of week 3, I also took new pictures and measurements as well.<br /><br />Week 3 went well overall. I'm seeing some improvements in several areas but am still getting worked by a few of the workouts, particularly the legs portion.<br /><br />I'm still losing belly fat and this week I started to notice that my face is beginning to thin out.<br /><br />I'm doing really well with the nutrition program still.
