A bizarre video has emerged from China of construction workers enjoying their homemade electric fan. <br /><br />The clip, which was filmed in Dazhou, Sichuan Province on July 1, shows the men lying in the cool air being created by a leaf fan tied to a wooden stick which is being turned by an electric drill.
