<p>Parts of the German city of Hamburg were overrun and fires were started in the streets on Friday, July 7, as anti-G20 protests continued into their second day.</p><p>Heavy security was present from the outset, as police on Thursday warned protesters</a> their planned rally would not go ahead unless people removed face masks.</p><p>Authorities said as many as 160 officers were injured and at least 70 protesters arrested as some 15,000 members of the country’s security forces patrolled the streets.
