A video has emerged from the United States of parents surprising their teenage daughter with a puppy for her birthday.<br /><br />In the clip, which was filmed in Weber County, Utah, the dad casually opens a basket containing the pup and the daughter is so overwhelmed that she burst into tears and runs out of the room.<br /><br />She returns a few moments later to cuddle her very cute new pet.
