Shia LaBeouf has been released from a Georgia jail… after cops took him in on a public drunkeness charge.<br /><br />Yep, the 31-year-old was arrested in a hotel lobby at 4 am in Savannah Georgia after he got aggressive after asking a bystander for a cigarette… to which he was told no… prompting him to be disorderly and using profanities and vulgar language in front of women and children.<br /><br />Shia was asked to leave, but he allegedly became irate towards officers.<br /><br />He even ran to the hotel to avoid arrest… but they nabbed him anyway.<br /><br />Shia posted a 7000 dollar bond and was released on his own recognizance. <br /><br />He’s currently in the Georgia area filming his new movie, The Peanut Butter Falcon, alongside Dakota Johnson. <br /><br />This is Shia’s fifth arrest… having been picked up for assault with a deadly weapon, drunk driving, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespassing.<br /><br />But hey, he’s still a pretty good actor, right?!<br />
