A police car was flipped over by a gang of youths in Kirkby, UK on July 10.<br /><br />The vehicle had been driven into the Tower Hill area of the town by officers who had spotted a scrambler bike being driven in an anti-social manner.<br /><br />When the two officers left their vehicle to investigate, a gang of up to 30 youths turned it on its roof, according to reports.<br /><br />One 19-year-old man was arrested.
