<p>New York City police shared surveillance footage on Wednesday, July 12, showing a man carving as many as 20 swastikas into freshly-poured concrete on a sidewalk in a largely Jewish neighborhood of Brooklyn in the early hours of Saturday, July 8.</p><p>Police appealed to the public for information about the man, who also wrote the word “mobundles” in the concrete.
