Dramatic footage has emerged from southern China of powerful storm winds blowing people to the ground, smashing glass doors and shorting a transformer.<br /><br />The video, which was filmed on July 13 in Chengdu, Sichuan Province shows whipping winds and heavy rain sweeping across the city.
