As long as Shia LaBeouf keeps the booze away, fans and colleagues can trust that there won't be any more issues.<br /><br />According to TMZ, Shia's lawyer claims that his client is not an alcoholic because he doesn't need to drink, the problems begin when he chooses to consume.<br /><br />It's reported that Shia has vowed to remain sober during the duration of his movie shoot for "The Peanut Butter Falcon," and then will seek further help once the film wraps.<br /><br />Also, TMZ reports that Shia has been nothing but professional during his time in Savannah so far, so his arrest for drunk and disorderly conduct was a surprise to cast and crew.<br /><br />Furthermore, Shia doesn't just want to pay a fine and get a slap on the wrist. He wants to do something substantial for the Georgian city when his professional duties are complete.<br />
