<p>A funnel cloud was spotted in Livingston, Texas, on the afternoon of Saturday, July 15 as severe weather hit the region.</p><p>According to ABC 13</a>, the funnel cloud was reported at around 3:30 pm and accompanied by strong winds damaging local homes, including one storage business on Livingston’s Highway 190 West which lost its roof.</p><p>This footage shows the funnel cloud from a distance.
