<p> </p><br /><p>Aaron Carter</a> has been arrested on DUI and marijuana charges, according to multiple reports.</p><br /><p>The 29-year-old singer was reportedly pulled over around 9 p.m. on Saturday, July 15, in Habersham County, Georgia, which is about 90 miles north of Atlanta.</p><br /><p>Aaron was charged with DUI, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.</p><br /><p>According to reports, the pop star refused to undergo a breathalyzer and drug test to determine whether he was driving under the influence.</p><br /><p>Police told ABC News that the “Come Get It” singer</a> was in the vehicle with his girlfriend, Madison Parker</a>, who was also arrested and charged with obstruction of law enforcement officers and two drug-related charges.</p><br /><p>Hours before the couple’s arrest, Aaron tweeted</a> that he would not be able to make a show that night in Kansas City due to “transportation issues.”</p><br /><p>“He promises to come back soon.
