Terrifying footage has emerged from China of a four-year-old girl dangling from a the third floor balcony of an apartment block 40 feet (12 metres) up in the air.<br /><br />In the clip, which was filmed in Fujian Province on July 14, the girl hangs from the balcony with her head stuck between the bars of the security rail. <br /><br />A neighbour comes to the girl's rescue by edging around the balcony on the floor below. <br /><br />He manages to push her back through the bars to the safety of her home.<br /><br />According to local reports, the girl had been left home alone while her grandmother went shopping.
