Footage has emerged from the USA of a water spout forming over Chesapeake Bay, Washington.<br /><br />The video, captured by a man on a fishing trip on July 15, shows the vortex swirling close to the ocean and sucking up water.<br /><br />Even though tornado warnings were issued, these were lifted shortly afterwards and no damage was reported, according to local media.
