Video has emerged appearing to show people suspected of having links to Islamic State being held in dire conditions at a prison near the recently liberated, Iraqi city of Mosul. In the footage, over 500 people can be seen incarcerated at a facility with no electricity, ventilation or windows. In recent months, human rights groups have repeatedly called on the Iraqi government to investigate claims of extrajudicial killings and torture of suspected extremist militants.
