<p>Amid heightened security at the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, there were clashes between Israeli security forces and Muslim protesters for a third straight night on July 18. Dozens were reported injured as rubber bullets and stun grenades were used.</p><p>Similar clashes followed prayers on previous nights, as Muslims protested against the installation of metal detectors at the site, where the al-Aqsa Mosque is located, after two Israeli police officers were shot and killed.
