A torrential rainstorm battered Yangcheng County in north China's Shanxi Province on Tuesday, leaving flooded streets and submerged vehicles in its wake. <br /><br />The floodwaters rushed down the streets, washing away motorbikes and automobiles.<br /><br />No casualties have been reported.
