<p>A hot-air balloon had to make an emergency landing at the intersection of Highway 9 and Highway 2 in Snohomish, Washington, on Wednesday morning.</p><p>According to the Seattle Times</a>, heavy north-bound winds forced the balloon to make an unexpected landing in the meridian between the two highways.
