A brief but torrential rainstorm battered Yangcheng County in north China's on Tuesday, leaving flooded streets and submerged vehicles in its wake. <br /> <br />Amateur videos of the flash flood, showed the floodwater exceeding one meter in some areas. The floodwater rushed down the streets to low-lying areas, washing away motorbikes and automobiles.
