Unity3D Survival Horror #149 Updating Battery Pick Up

In this lesson we re-write our battery pick up script so it will work with the inventory system, rather than independently as previous. <br />PLEASE NOTE THIS WILL CAUSE ERRORS THAT WILL BE FIXED WHEN WE UPDATE OUR FLASHLIGHT SCRIPT.
