A video has emerged from St Ives, Cornwall showing flooded streets and torrents of water flowing through parts of the UK coastal town.<br /><br />Black run-off water could be seen pouring onto Porthmeor beach, which is normally flooded with sunbathing tourists at this time of year. <br /><br />Heavy downpours hit the west of Cornwall on July 21.
