<br /> <p>A man in Chicago, Illinois, is facing criticism after he was filmed climbing onto the roof of a Chicago Transport Authority bus on July 19.</p><p>An image and video shared to Lloyd Anthony D Peters’s Facebook account shows the daredevil scaling the back of a number 74 route CTA bus and smoking a cigarette as the bus drives under an overpass.</p><p>Peters told CBS Chicago</a> the man had asked if he could use Peters’s card on the bus, but Peters said no.</p><p>“He literally just said eff it, and he climbed on top of the bus, and lit the cigarette, and just went straight down Fullerton like a boss," he said.</p><p>Police confirmed</a> they were investigating the incident, but said no charges had been filed as of Thursday afternoon.</p><p>Peters’s post had received 1,220 shares and 89,000 views at the time of writing.
