Teruntum Complex water tank breaks, at least four hurt

The Teruntum Complex in Kuantan has been ordered to close after a water tank on the fourth floor broke, injuring at least four people. <br /> <br />Debris also damaged five cars and five motorcycles, according to the Fire and Rescue Department.
