Kayakers Hit the Streets After Monsoon Causes Flash Flooding in Tucson

<p>Kayakers took advantage of severe flash flooding that hit Tucson, Arizona, on July 23.</p><p>The National Weather Service issued flash flood warnings</a> in parts of Phoenix and Tucson as monsoon season brought heavy rain and flash floods to the area on Sunday and Monday.</p><p>While streets of Tucson filled with fast-moving floodwaters, nearby a helicopter rescued 17 hikers</a> who were stranded due to floods at a canyon on the outskirts of Tucson.</p><p>In this video, two Winterhaven residents decided to take a ride through the waters on a kayak.
