OAKVILLE, CANADA — Concerned Canadians have got their eyes peeled for a suspected hit-and-run driver who allegedly knocked a poor lady off her bicycle last Friday. <br /> <br />News of the collision in Oakville, Ontario was posted to Facebook by cyclist Stacey Talbot's son Blake and has since been shared thousands of times. <br /> <br />Stacey broke her nose and sustained injuries to her face when a vehicle she described as a 2-door white car sideswiped her bike as it turned in front of her, the Toronto Star reported. <br /> <br />Blake wrote on Facebook that he would "love to catch the dirtbag who thinks it's OK to leave a bleeding woman they just hit on the street." <br /> <br />The post has more than 1,200 likes, 750 comments and over 5,000 shares from well-wishers, who are all praying Stacey makes a speedy recovery. <br /> <br />A CT scan revealed bleeding on Stacey's brain and doctors have kept her in the hospital as they wait for the results of further tests. <br /> <br />Here's hoping she'll be OK. But in the meantime, Blake has a message for whoever knocked his mom over: Turn yourself in.
