A video has emerged from South Africa of a gibbon which escaped from its enclosure.<br /><br />In the clip, which was filmed at Johannesburg Zoo on July 21, the gangly ape can be seen skipping along a fence and crawling around the outside of the enclosure. <br /><br />"What a surprise to see one of them swinging on the outside of the cage." the filmer said.<br /><br />"The security people called the vet but unfortunately we could not wait to see how and what they did to get him back in the closure," the flimer added.
