Remember when Amy Schumer was in line to star in the live-action movie, Barbie?<br /><br />Yeah, well it looks like Anne Hathaway could be replacing her.<br /><br />Amy walked away from the movie back in March citing scheduling conflicts, and before that, people were slamming Sony for casting the funny woman in the title role.<br /><br />But the movie centers around a character who lives in Barbieland and then gets kicked out for basically not being perfect enough.<br /><br />And with Anne in the rumored lead for the role, it sounds like the project is back underway.<br /><br />The film is expected to be rated PG and should be a broad family film with lessons about trying to adhere to the unattainable standard of perfection.<br /><br />Anne has yet to comment on the rumor, but we’re going to keep our ears open.<br />
