Dramatic footage has surfaced from China of severe flooding in the city of Yulin, Shaanxi Province.<br /><br />One video showed food waters raging through the city, submerging a bridge and causing a building to collapse. <br /><br />Twenty-thousand people have been evacuated from their homes, according to local media.<br /><br />The incident was caused by all the water leaking out of a dam upstream of the city, according to local reports.
