Justin Bieber took a different path after cancelling his Purpose World Tour, but we doubt that he thought his new direction would plow him into a photographer.<br /><br />Yes, according to Us Magazine, Bieber accidentally clipped a photographer with his pick up truck after pulling out of a church service in Beverly Hills.<br /><br />The Associated Press reports that the 57-year-old was immediately assisted by Bieber, then hospitalized with minor injuries.<br /><br />Bieber apparently stayed with the man until he was put on a stretcher, and fully cooperated with authorities on the scene. No citations have been given.<br />
