Typhoon Winds Make Walking the Streets of Taipei Difficult

<p>Taiwan was lashed by two tropical storms in a row – Typhoon Nesat and Tropical Storm Haitang – in less than 24 hours over the weekend of July 30.</p><p>Typhoon Nesat hit the island first, injuring 111 people as of Saturday, July 29, the Taipei Times</a> reported.
