<br /> <p>The Coast Guard in Hawaii has enforced a temporary safety zone</a> around the Kamokuna Lava Delta over fears of a collapse. Lava has begun to flow underneath the surface of a black sand beach there, as seen in this video recorded on July 30.</p><p>According to the uploader, a lava delta collapse previously occurred at the Kamokuna ocean entry of of the Kilauea Volcano on December 31, 2016.
