<p>Los Angeles on July 31 announced that officials had reached a deal for the city to host the Olympic & Paralympic Games in 2028, four years after they had originally wanted.</p><p>Officials reached the agreement with the International Olympic Committee following weeks of negotiations and competition with Paris.
