<p>Baggage handlers at Rome’s Fiumicino Airport were caught on camera stealing from lost luggage.</p><p>Footage released by the Guardia di Finanza’s Rome branch on July 29 features two people who reportedly stole smartphones, tablets and money from lost luggage.
