Parts of a Chinese city have been blanketed in white foam which blew off a nearby salt-lake.<br /><br />A video filmed on July 25 showed children playing in the the foam as though it were snow.<br /><br />The foam was produced by high winds whipping the lake in Yuncheng, Shanxi Province.
