<p>A large water spout was captured off the Dorset coast on August 1.</p><p>Facebook user Abigail Vincent recorded the water spout which she describes as a “mini tornado”.</p><p>The water spout can be seen falling from dark clouds and moving along the sea.</p><p>The footage has been viewed over 36,000 times.
