An amusing video has emerged from Australia of a woman falling off a treadmill after turning the speed up too high.<br /><br />The footage, captured at a gym in the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, shows a senior gym user unable to keep up with the treadmill and tumbling off. <br /><br />She gets up immediately afterwards and laughs off the amusing incident.
