Dramatic footage has emerged of powerful typhoons bringing heavy rain and flooding to southern China.<br /><br />The footage, filmed in Quanzhou, Fujian Province on July 31, shows buildings and vehicles submerged in deep floodwater. <br /><br />A dog can even be seen standing on the bonnet of a car to avoid the flood.
