<p>A man got stuck hanging upside-down on a bungee jump ride at the Ventura County Fair in California, on August 2.</p><p>According to the Ventura County Star</a>, 19-year-old Roger Rodriguez hung upside-down 30 feet in the air for at least 20 minutes before rescue crews helped lower him down.
