<p>A severe storm barreled through Salisbury, Maryland, early in the afternoon on Monday, August 7, causing major damage to power lines, trees and flipping several cars.</a></p><p>Video footage recorded by the Salisbury Police Department shows the Delmarva Power company trying to restore power in a damaged power line.
